A: Yes

Q: What if I cannot preview my video on this site?

A:  Some smart phones and video recorder formats (.mp4  or  dvd) are device dependent. Although you can upload using these file formats,  The file must be converted to one of the viewable online formats listed in the "file formats" of the contest rules.

Q: How can I convert my video to the preferred file type for this contest?

A: If your video hardware did not come with conversion software, free conversion SW can be found on the Internet by searching for video converters.
